How I Started:
i started working out at the age of 16. i was 5.5 and weighed 220 lbs! i know i know i was a huge kid. I started just by walking to the track close to my house in Mexico, Uruapan Michoacan, by the time i got to the track i was exhausted so i would just walk back home. My motivation was the image in the mirror , i didn't want to look like that anymore, as weeks past by i wasn't only walking to the track i was running on it passing by other runners and the next thing you know im dropping weight like theres no tomorrow. in just 6 months my weight was now 165 lbs! major transformation. by the age of 17 i had learned about plyometric training, my muscle gains and definition just got better. i was doing things i had never done before. the first time a actually touched the weights was when i joined a lucha libre club in Mexico my father trained me and tought me some stuff about weights later on i just picked it up on my own.unfortunately i stopped because i moved back to california, and school and wrk and injuries and other issues got in my way.
Why I Love It:
it gives me the confidence i needand allows me to stay in the state of well being.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at old pictures haha! well i wanna become a P.E. teacher and coach of any sport so i would want all the young kids to look up to me and in that way motivate them to better themselves. since obesity is such a huge problem in this state i know i can help people better themselves!
BB Accomplishments:
never been in a competition but it is a goal i attend to accomplish!
