Hey I haven't checked up on this much lately, have been very busy with baseball and my band lately, I haven't been lifting to much lately, my torn bicep is acting up again, but I will get lifting soon....hows your gains going?

Yes for sure, get your parents to let you go to a gym....and at home if your benching dont push urself to much without a spotter...but anything else push yourself man, I find it alot harder to get pumped and lift at home though

Yes I was using BSN True Mass for awhile, never seemed to gain much, kinda pissed me off....right now I'm on NO Explode I love the stuff, but won't help me gain to much

Hey man, I was just wandering if you had some tips at bulkin up/gaining weight I've been stuck at 140 for about 3 months now..my lifts have gone up quite a ways but I just cant gain weight
