How I Started:
My freshmen and sophomore year i didn't lift at all for football which i really regretted, but a football coach this past summer who manages the weightroom really got me into lifting
Why I Love It:
Fun lifting with friends
I love the feeling after doing alot of reps
How I Stay Motivated:
Girls, and seeing changes in my muscles,
Thinking how sweet state title number 7 is going to look in the trophy case
I know I have to work hard to someday become an MMA fighter

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
the book is about my story of growing up with a disability. It talks about where my faith fits in to that. The title is "a man fully alive" its about half done so far . hopefully it will be done in draft form in a another month or so. glad to meet another gym addict :)
Things are going well ... busy with work and a few personal projects like working on writing a book so getting workouts in is tricky but so far I have been able to get 5 in a week for the last few weeks so thats good . I am hooked on lifting so a day where I have to miss because of something else makes me annoyed... what are you studying in school ?

I started a month ago following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!

yeah well BSN Products are pretty rip off to be honest you shud try cytogainer or maybe dymatizes weight gainer i use maximuscle but its only availble in england so bad luck there lol
well adding somthing extra to every meal your eating like i normally have oatmeal for breakfast now i've added a bagel with jam and do sumthing like that for every meal then with training i've cut my rest down to about 90 secs using my watch to time myself try that m8 P.s Are You Using a Weight Gainier?
