All mine seem to flake out, they start out strong then come up with excuses not to go!  I want someone that is motivated as i am to lift with!  It sucks lifting alone!

Well I've been doing a modified pyrimide workout, 4 sets starting at 12 reps 10 8 6. 3 to 4 exercises per body part and i've been changing up what i hit example:

chest/tri
back/bi
shoulders
le gs

chest/shoulders
tri/bi
back
legs

ch est/back
bi/shoulders
tri/legs

that way i never really do...
