Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My shoulder locked at the top of a DB bench press rep and I had to drop the weight. I bruised my hip and my shoulder is sore. I don't think full recovery will take more than a week, as it is getting...more
