Background
8-9 Years ago I had the natural body of an athlete though I wasn't one. To give you a picture, I looked like the ultra-lean Brad Pitt in Fight Club. Not as muscular as he was in Snatch but you get the picture. As I joined the military and trained I also learned all about beer...oh beautiful beautiful beer. It all went downhill from there. I have gone through the phases of working out again and merely TOUCHING a seblance of what I used to be but yet always reverting back to beer belly baddie. But this time... I'm for SERIAL!!!
Endorphins. I love the energy I have in the mornings, the good mood I'm in, how quick I fall asleep now. I like being reminded of my mortality when I feel the pain of working out.
