Overall Goal: Enter the Bodybuilding.com/Musle tech transformation contest... Of course I dream to win, but I'm more so going to bust my ass to win!
Not sure exactly how I'm going to do it, but thank God for the BB.com twelve week videos
Fit Status:
Getting ready to head back to my regular hours... Getting ready to destroy this last 10% BF
I got started due to the fact that I had gained over 65lbs from leaving the military; and, changing my lifestyle. I never really worked out with wieghts or Gym time, just always felt unconfortable going, because I didn't really know what I was doing. I humbled myself and went and asked for advice!!!
Why I Love It:
It's really coming together, for so long I fell for all those myths about body building and supplements; and now I can tell you I was a fool... I know military operations demand endurance more than vanity; however, it will be nice too look as good as I can perform...
How I Stay Motivated:
Dedicated and motivation have allways been a strong suite for me, obviously spelling isn't... I'm a self starter, I don't ever get hung up on I can't...I some times get frustrated with the time needed to dedicate and just quit... I've quit many times, and now I think to myself there will be nothing that allows me to quit!!! I'll make it happen no matter what....oh and it really helps to see the results!
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost over 50lbs so far since May! I've kept dedicated this far and on the horizon I just see myself getting more dedicated!

For the most part training is coming along... For me, I'm not making the strides I want I suppose because I keep assuming that if I lift a bar off my chest 15 times I'm going to have a ripped huge chest like Arnold... I'm not sure if it's narsasistism or am I that full of crap... I'll run around...
I decided to get the extreme Fat Loss plan to include the meal plan... Even though eating the right foods may be limited due the type of facility I eat at I feel very confiedent that Stevep78 will cordinate a work out program just right, just for me... All in...
Hey Bro, I hear ya man about GYM time. I hurt myself at work today and its gonna hinder from goin to the gym this week, kinda sucks. Hope things work out for you.
YO man hows the workouts coming along?? To bad our schedules are conflicted, you helped push me to get the most out of my work outs. Maybe we can get to the gym at the same time once a week, after you're done with your classes. Stay focused man!!
Usually I'll leave a towel or water bottle near the machines as I'm setting up or look around prior to see who's doing what and change the order of my exercises to suit. But I go either at 5am or about 930am and its pretty easy to get access to anything I want. But in your case, I'd have a backup exercise or just ask the guys can you get a set or 2 in with theirs..
"Amazing photos... More than Amazing, but I don't know that word.... WOW!" - WOW to you for those kind words! And congratulations on the weight loss, doing good!
