I knew I had to make a change in my life to counteract the aging process and move in a positive direction.

BB Accomplishments:
My bad cholesterol was too high and my good cholesterol was too low. Now it's all good. I weighed too much and now I don't. I was weak and now I am strong. I ate poorly and now I don't. I never had abs, now I do. Life is good! It's that simple.

Super size me! Yikes! I was somewhere around 190 Lbs.
Playa Jobos, Isabela, Puerto Rico. Significant visible changes have occurred over the last 6 months. The changes from 2008 to 2009 are greater than I could have imagined. The challenge for 2010 will be to duplicate that same magnitude of change seen from 2008 to 2009.
A little clean bulking up is fine otherwise you'll be busy cleaning out the fat again.Remember you are not(yet)entering a contest so why subject yourself to overballoning and tiresome deflation processes !Be patient tho'

Thanks for the pic comments and rating. Much as I'd like to add muscle at my age any minute wt gain,even thru clean eating,will go straight to my waistline...which I can't stand..so the best I can do is to be small but lean *sigh*
