I have some serious work to do. I am up to 215lbs and i need to get back down to 190 lbs. I kind of lost track of things. Keep coming back to see my progress.
So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
