well ive been on and off since high school, im in the Military right now. so i have to keep in shape to meet standards.
but i personally do it because i love lifting.
Why I Love It:
Just something i picked up in since my preteens, i like the feeling, and a great stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
i load up my favorite songs on my ipod and take my ipod wherever i go workout, and that gives me the hyphe to focus and keep pushing.

after 6 weeks of actually hitting the gym and dieting.
not as good as i expected so i need to make some adjustments to my workouts and diet plan as well as supplementation intake.
