You're going to be 40? woow! you look great! how has everything been?? Things here are good, coming along. I turn 30 in January and i want to look better at 30 then i did at 26 or 27! I can't believe it the big 30! I'm excited! :)

Things here are good! No complaints really! Had a tough leg workout yesterday..so i'm pretty sore, but i got up and did the am cardio. i'm on a mission to surpass 'the old me' and focusing on knocking 30 on its ass come January! :)

Thanks mama! i'm tying. some days im hot, some i'm not. Some days the diet is perfect, other days it's just a wash. you know. i'm just focusing on having more GOOD days then bad days! that's all. i'm definately making progress though. how is y our training
