Lifting is something that I have always been into, because of my dad. I was just never consistant w/ it, so i never knew that my body could really be shaped the way that it is now. What got me back in the gym was the fact that i gained like 25lbs. i didn't like it, i got a trainer and made progress-then met Phil Valenti and went even further. So here I am now :)
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of how it makes me feel! It helps me to clear my mind, relieve my stress, and just have 'heather' time! It's a time where I give praise to the Lord for the body that I do have!
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay motivated by reading my magazines every month! Talking to other postive & uplifting people on here..and blogging. My blog is becoming very important to me...also, looking at the drop dead gorgeous women..all I can say is daamn! I want to look like that. lol.I also stay motivated, because I am working on becoming a certified trainer, so I have to look the part! To look great and motivate other women locally keeps me motivated!
BB Accomplishments:
Accomplishment?? I get off my @$$ and try to exercise daily and watch what I eat...LIFESTYLE CHANGE..MENTAL, PHYSICAL, & SPIRITUALLY

This pic was taken last summer. I am not sure what my weight ways. Probably 165, maybe even 170. I think I was in serious denial. But when I stopped and looked back at the pic, I said, OH HEEEEEELLL NAH! I WASN'T HAPPY

Goal (Long):
To Compete in the NPC show on November 1st! I've acknowledged God in everything and I feel him pulling me towards the show! So, being that I think it's in his will for me to do it, GAME ON!

for the past 2 weeks, I have been doing cardio 5 days a week 30-40 minutes, usually interval training on the elptical or treadmil. I have also been doing circuit training! My trainer has already started to work w/...
LOL I've been on here all the time I guess we be missing one another! lol Well how are you doing? I'm doing well slowly dropping this weight but feeling stronger everyday! What show are you doing in November?
