• Current diet: When eating right
Breakfast : one apple skinned and diced mixed with 2 Tabs of whole plain yogurt and 10 to 12 grams of crushed Almonds or Walnuts a cup of tea mixed with 2 Tabs whole milk and 20 grams of Whey Concentrate (this is just whey no flavorings no sweeteners)
Or
½ Grapefruit, 2 Tbs Oat bran with ¼ cup of milk ¼ tsp butter and ¼ tsp honey along with my protein tea
Snack: 1 boiled egg plus or 2oz of chicken and 1 to 2 stalks of Celery or 4 to 5 baby carrots
Lunch : 3 to 4 oz of meat ( Chicken, beef , or fish ) 1 cup salad mix of Roman and Spinach w 2 teaspoons Balsamic or Italian Dressing that I have diluted by half with Wine Vinegar
Or 3 oz to 4 oz Delie Turkey on ½ of a low carb tortilla with ½ tsp Mayo lettuce ½ slice of cheese 1or2 leaves of romaine and two to tree thin slices of a Roma tomato
Snack : Same as previous snack
Supper : Same as Lunch
After WO drink : 25 grams Whey Protein Concentrate blended with 2 oz Blue berries or strawberries and ¼ cup spinach
Before Bed on a WO night ¼ cup whole cottage cheese
