Thanks, I actually finally have hit 180. I have been there the last three days. The pants still fit the same in the waist. Legs are tight and the shirts are now all large or XL. I have made the goal finally. Thanks for keeping up. Take care.

Thanks for keeping in touch. Things are going pretty well. I am psyched as I one pound off from my goal of 180. I have been fairly consistent since the big bday bash for my four year old. Work has been kind of rough with three nights of call last week and call again tomorrow though I have the weekend off. Take care and good luck with your goals.
