Trying the sheriff test again in January, I want to totally kill it! Aiming for 4 minutes 23 seconds.
Goal (Long):
When I finish school this November, I am wanting to become a Deputy Sheriff. I have attempted the fitness test three times, and last time I was only 5 seconds too slow to pass. My goal is to run it again in January and pass with time to spare! To do that, I need to work on my cardio to keep my stamina up throughout the course.
I just got back from my second run of the year, I'm so glad its finally nice enough to get out there again. I love running becasue I lose the most fat that way, and I get to be outside! I never run indoors or on a treadmill, its just not the same and for some reason I always get shin splints...
I tried to make you a vid but i come out so stupid -i can't stand it-i'll keep trying to make something nice. Wish i had an adress, i could send you a long vid. i like making vid on the computer.Kinky ones:D no jk
Yumm. I like the sounds of granola bar better than shortbread. How are workouts on a side note? LOL. Mine are consistent & I'm happy to get every workout done. Its pleasing to find my strength is slowly but surely coming back to me. Diet seems clean too :-) .... Anyways, I wish you the best. Keep rocking it out !!
