How I Started:
I wanted to get stronger in body and in mind. I also took a class on fitness and decided that i wanted to make a change for the rest of my life.
Why I Love It:
It gives me such a pump to bodybuild and see the progress i have made. It also helps to get rid of the stress of every day. Its nice to see that othershave the same feelings as you and enjoy taking care of themselves and there bodies something no one can ever take away from us.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know what i want to became and i have friends that always keep me motivated. I also love to see what others have been able to do.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 90lbs. i went from 310 pounds to 220 i couldnt be happier with myself. I have such a boost of self confidence that i never thought i would have.
