To get the body I have always wanted. I have always kinda been fit but now I want to step it up and see how far I can take it.
Goal (Long):
I have always been in the gym during High school and a little my first year a college. I was fitter than most guys but I wasn't truly happy with myself cause I knew I could do better. Well now I am doing something about it. I am tired of wishing I looked better. I want to be big, cut, and happy with myself for the first time in my life. I want to be about 200lbs of lean cut muscle and finally make my abs pop like no other. I know that if I stick to it the rest of the summer and keep it going at school that in about two months I can be there.
Because of gas prices and the fact that I don't have a summer job yet, I can only get to the gym three days a week. So, I kinda cram everything into three days of heavy lifting.
Monday:
Pull-ups: 4 sets to failure
Incline dumbbell press: 4 sets of ten reps - 70lbs
Single arm seated rows:...
You're welcome and well deserved on your part. Got a feeling you'll be going very far with that physique from the thick traps, to big chest, thick and ripped back and solid abs to name a few here. Solid poses also. Andre
Certainly given yourself a very muscled and ripped physique already. Nothing much lacking here other than maybe solid wide lats HOWEVER great job so far. Should be very proud of all you've done so far. Continued success with your goals. Andre
