I have always wanted to be proud of my body. Being proud of everything else is not enough, my body was the only part of me that was lacking. I set out more than a year ago to simply improve my lifestyle - now that has morphed into wanting to compete in Figure. April 2010 is my first competition!!

Ill take a look....and Id say women should beat who ever thought of high heels...lol. But some women love em....Ive been slow also....sore right heel has me trying to not work to hard. But I did walk three miles last night.
