How I Started: Started losing weight and lifting some small weights in Marine Corps boot camp. Kept weight training off and on since then. Now I have been losing weight again and want to get back into the gym and take it serious this time.

Hey guy muscle weighs more than that other stuff, if u know what i mean. I totally know how you feel for the most part im the same way. I feel like im thinner but then when i step on that devil scale it tells me something totally different and that just deflats me. Throws me off...but then i find some how to get motivated and try and keep going at the workouts hard. Don't worry hang in there and keep up the hard work.....
