Started losing weight and lifting some small weights in Marine Corps boot camp. Kept weight training off and on since then. Now I have been losing weight again and want to get back into the gym and take it serious this time.
Why I Love It:
It just makes you feel good!
How I Stay Motivated:
When I get done with my workouts I'm motivated BUT I can't stay motivated to stick to my diet........ I really need to conquer that.....
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 43 lbs.....BUT turned around and gained it all back..... I will lose it again and KEEP it off this time....
Get going on my clean eating, so I can start cutting some weight.
Goal (Long):
I want to get motivated again. I got somewhat lean and mean before and let myself go (I'm an idiot!). I'm having a hard time getting motivated again. Maybe this will help.
I want to have the body to compete.
I want to have no more than 10% body fat at all times. I don't want to feel embarrassed when I take my shirt off.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

I haven't been on Bodyspace in a while (non-motivated). So I decided to start getting on it again and writing my blogs because it was about the only thing that kept me motivated. Don't get me wrong my life doesn't suck one bit; I'm just lazy and can't stick to eating clean. I...
Geoff, VERY COOL profile pic! LOL I can relate w/ the struggle to stay consistent. Mine is generally w/ clean eating, not my w/o's. Your profile stmt says it all...sometimes you have to get mad enough at yourself to just say ENOUGH! Good luck.
i noticed on your profile that you work out at lac..me and some football players from my school usually go everyday.. if you wanna lift sometime just let me know.
Hey guy muscle weighs more than that other stuff, if u know what i mean. I totally know how you feel for the most part im the same way. I feel like im thinner but then when i step on that devil scale it tells me something totally different and that just deflats me. Throws me off...but then i find some how to get motivated and try and keep going at the workouts hard. Don't worry hang in there and keep up the hard work.....
Great pictures (your transformation is truly inspiring!) and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). Thanks for posting!
Was reading your blogunderstand how you feel man...i would be good with training and everything if i could just stick to my diet. Havent seem to figure that problem out. Hang in there man and if you figure out the secret then im all ears......
