I needed to lose weight and get in shape. I was done with being over weight and tired and always in pain.
Working out was part of the fix. Once I lost all the weight I wanted to lose and got in shape, I didn't like looking skinny and scrawny for as tall as I am.
I then started focusing more on bodybuilding because I enjoy it and want to bulk up more muscle.
Why I Love It:
Working out energizes me, relieves pains I had for years and makes me feel really good about myself. I have really learned to like "The Pump"!
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly looking for and expecting more results. I want to get bigger. I never want to return to what I was before.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained over 12 pounds of lean muscle in the last 8 weeks and really tightened it all up. My body is becoming a calorie burning furnace!. It feels good to be able to eat what I want and not worry about storing large amounts of fat. I look better now than I ever have in my life!

I started lifting in August 07. I've had my share of ups and downs in that time. I'm making gains and the plan is to continue to build muscle while staying lean and not gain the fat back again.
I use them all at different times of day. For instance... Whey during day, Casein at night.
Which type do you think is best and why?
I like the ingredient profile of the Universal Specialized protein for lean mass. I have both Chocolate and Vanilla and both seem to give me the protein and amino's I need as well as taste great. The nutrients are targeted for my specific goal. Plus the price can't be beat! I like the ingredient profile of the Universal Specialized protein for lean mass. I got to workout with the Universal Animals Saturday in Delaware. We met at The Training Center in Newark. A log of big guns were there. Here is a link to the Delaware meet thread:
You seem know what your talking about when it comes to the animal products. I read that old forum but I was just wondering if it 100% ok to keep taking animal pak as religiously as I do???
looks like you're a big fan of universal and sportpharma products... i, myself have been a fan of universal, but only stumble upon sportpharma a week or so ago. i'm excited and i took a look at one of your logs and that was done well. hope training is going well!
