yeah, we have very similar goals/stats. i have to agree that it is hard without a training partner, i've been without one for a few months now. i take the same ethos as you, lift big stay big, i hardly ever use high reps at the moment, i can sustain muscle size better this way! keep up the good wrk and good luck

mate, spot on! im always glad to hear that you are keeping it up in the gym! we cant let all them hours we spent in the gym and eating good food go to waste! like you said mate, if i stop rowin ill gain size...you were right! :)
