I got tired of being fat and gaining weight. With diabetes and heart disease in my family I decided now at my age I should be exercising and getting fit instead of waiting!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel incredible! I get so much energy and umph from working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a family competition with my brother to see who is the fittest and has the best abs. Currently, he's winning lol. Also, Kim Cattral is a wonderful inspiration, she's so fit and beautiful for her age, 51!
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 20lbs since April 2008.

Honey86updated Fit Status "went to the gym yesterday for 3 miles in 46 min. Skipped today, too much work with school. New pics coming soon!!"
Going to try and add some muscle and hopefully in the process I can drop another 10lbs. Looking to get my bf down below 20%.
Goal (Long):
Over the past year, since March 2008, I lost 19lbs. I was 155lbs and now am 136lbs! Currently I am on the track to add muscle and drop my body fat below 20% and hopefully in the process lose another 10lbs. Just added a gym membership into the mix instead of using home, in hopes that it will speed me to my goal. Going to start utilizing the gym during the week in the am before work and on the days I have class, before I leave for class. My ultimate goal is to be 115lb-120lbs.
I find this member inspirationaly because she has such a great body at such a young age. She inspires me to have great abs and with hard work I'll get there!
I find this member inspirational because she works hard and is dedicated to making her body look incredible. She inspires me to eat clean, train my abs harder and work at reaching my goals!
Well the end of the semester is nearing and somehow I have more and more homework piled on. I got a bit behind so my training schedule had to be sacrificed since I'm on scholarship. 2 weeks ago my mom bought me $125 running shoes, supposed to be a Christmas present, and I've only used them...
Monday: Full Body, high intensity
Tuesday: Lower/Core, high intensity
Wednesday: Full Body, low intensity
Thursday: Lower/Core, high intensity
Friday: Full Body, low intensity
Saturday: Full body, high intensity
Sunday: Full Body, low intensity
yup I organized the laundry room which has needed done for ages and I mopped all the floors (big workout) When I mop I move my dinning room table into the living room then back when Im done. Plus I worked (waitress) for 7 hours yesterday and we were BUSY! I was running ever minute I was there.
Well thank you :) I'm trying to grow it out another inch and a half and then trim it a little differently...seems like it's taking forever! Yeah, your shoes sound like mine...they're great...I think I'm on my 9th pair LOL Did you get a workout in this morning?
Haha thats the wild section lol, I know tons of people in 125. I thought about moving there this season. I'm in 118(by the tunnel USF comes out of)
Thats cool on your schedule and you were able to get some gym time. I've gotten no gym time lately lol
Customized running shoes? Wow, like the Nike ones you can put together in certain colors and stuff? I need to know these things LOL Well how did your workout go this morning?
Ah, yeah def understand that. lol I've been super busy with work (like just left my office at 1AM lol) But I did take Friday afternoon off to come home for the USF-WVU game. Good luck with school!
That will be highly beneficial considering he used more than likely numerous machines. He can show you exactly how to get max benefit out of each machine, that's awesome!
