It has been a month so far, I have been going to the gym with my friend John, Dan, and a couple other kids from college. They keep me motivated by providing competition. I am now starting to get more serious about body building again like I used to.

I just started my third week of the HGH Complete and my second week of a Testosterone Booster. So far I have felt very minimal gains. After doing quite a bit of research, I think that finding a real good prohormone would be the way to go. I think also that the HGH that I have chosen is more of a natural supplement that will just help you produce more at night and is not an actual hormone. So once I finish this stack, I will move to prohormones for a few months. I hope this helps.
The weight comes easy for me when I'm away at school and don't rely on parents for food (though I'd like to have a bit ess fat on me now). My strength doesn't seem to go up that much when I bulk tho. In my 25lbs my bench only went up like 40 pounds (other people with that weight gain go up 50+).
yo joe i got the controlled labs green mag and picked up a book at the library by arnold called encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding and im gonna start the program in here this week ill show you it on monday
yeh I was, the reflection in your avi makes it a bit hard to see. But I just had a look at ur other pics on ur profile, strong arms... chest needs a bit of work, 8/10
