Good to be back :)

HEY EVERYONE


Well I've been sick with swine flu for two weeks, and I've finally recovered 100%, I didnt have an appetite what so ever and I've dropped down to 86kg so not so great :( But I figure it aint all that bad, my weight will probably shift to normal after a week or two of eatin normally again!


But importantly, I went back to gym today, full upper body work out. Holy shiiiit! Mad work out! Havn't trained hard like that in a long time, but the fact that sprinbreak is 11 weeks away is great motivation, getting this cut going has taken a lot of hard work, and

Hello everyone, I trust you're all feeling nice and rested? WELL I AIN'T!


Wanna know why? Today was legs day... Ah I can tell, now you see my point.


LEGS the most brutally harsh work out of the week, the killer, the one you really dread (and if you dont dread legs day, you probably dont have a hard enough work out). The must be the strongest point of your body, how can someone serious about training neglect the power house of their lower portion?
