What a great avatar you have! It reminds me of one of the 80s fight movies, especially, of those with Stallone (Rocky IV Syberia part ;d) or Jean Claude Van Damme :) We could observe a lot of training scenes in the Spartan conditions, so to say, similar as circumstances in the picture! All that snow and clouds are making a huge impression. Well, one more question, how cold was that day? Greets, keep on working like a beast.

i'm going on a new cut, though; i messed up big time this past year (was cutting way too harsh). i did lose a lot, but i'm realizing now a lot of that was also muscle...:(
gonna try to get down to 14-16% bodyfat (but gonna do it PROPERLY this time lol).
