Day 2: Chest/Tri
Day 3: Back/ Bi
Day 4: Delts/traps/heavy abs
Day 5: Off/Rest
Abs light alternating days so i have rest days around day 4.
Cardio every other day (15-25 min max, Running)
I usually do 27-32 sets per workout. It's a lot but I've always found my body reacts better to higher volume. It could be just a metal thing as well though. If I don't complete at least 20 sets don't really feel I've accomplished anything. I also just love working out, so the extra time spent is enjoyable.
