You should consider doing a show, I think you'd do well once you've gained some mass and ripped down some? I'd like to compete one day if I can improve my phyique enough.
My weakest link is shoulders as I have not been genetically blessed. Have found that high pulls, upright rows and bent over b'flies are great ancillary lifts. Would recommend Arnie press and MP's as core exercises. Check out my journal for my strategy bud. BTW - great work on legs broski!

Good to hear that you are recovering and bumma about the weight loss. It's been mild weather here and a slower start to the heat - still nice though. Big diet and lift push this week and feelin really in the zone. Great new avi - chest definition is great and holding lean still given bulk.
Bumma- cleans can always bring heartache. I find that I get a bit of tennis elbow from it. Good luck with the cut. Have done some major workouts the past few days (check journal). Also, tried you BB Ab exercise - me likes! Hell sunburnt at the moment, got this week off from work.
