kentfrat1783 Yes I will get to where I want. The weight didn't come on overnight and won't come off overnight either. I was only working out 3 days a week and getting it up to 4 days a week and even adding cardio. My goal is 5 days a week. And no problem about the comments. Aionarap yeppers. i had that situation today. i wanted the sit up bench or decline bench whatever a person calls it and this chick sat at it for how long on her phone. so i did some other ab exercises and she didnt even do one rep that whole time let alone even a set. bloody annoying!!! that or sitting there going through there music. make a playlist people. problem solved.
