How I Started:
I was always athletic playing on multiple softball teams..I just ate very unhealthy..In August of 2006 I started playing college softball and was tired of being overweight..so I cracked down on my eating habits and started a healthy lifestyle..and ta daaa..=]
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me soo much energy..makes me feel better about myself..and of course I the more I work out..the better I look!
How I Stay Motivated:
All I really have to do is look at an old picture of me and knowing that I would NEVER want to look like that again is my greatest motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 70lbs and A LOT of body fat, replacing it with muscle :)
