It can be difficult at times, but I usually grab a fitness mag like Oxygen or Muscle and Fitness Hers and read and inspiring article to get me jazzed for my workout. I also try to remind myself of how awesome I will feel after finishing a tough workout. :)

Holly444 I've recently started doing jump rope intervals. Love it, but every time I do it I get pain deep inside my heels.Anyone else have that prob?

  • do you have flat feet?

    I do so I have to wear arch supports.

  • No - I have a good arch. The pain is a constant ache that lasts sometimes up to 4 days after I jump - only on left foot. I jump shallow and as quickly as I can for 30 secs, rest 30 secs, repeat for 20 minutes. Doesn't seem like too much to me, but maybe it is? Don't want to give it up, but I don't want plantar fascitis or heel spurs either...

michellebeck Thank you! I do list in my bodygroup "Eat Clean and Live Fit" some diets that I have done in the past while in prep, but I do not list everything because I pay my trainer, so I can't share it all for free and they are made for my weight, activity and how my body drops weight so just because it works for me doesn't mean it will work for everyone. Cardio wise it depends, but the most I have ever done was 1.5 hours 6 days a week. Hope that helps a bit. :) Aug 13, 2012 11:23am
