How I Started:
I started with the ten week challenge. At first my main goal was weight loss but as I progressed I really wanted a tone, leaner look. So I picked up some weights and have been lifting heavy and hard ever since!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of looking in the mirror and seeing gains. There is nothing better then the feeling of increasing your max weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
Nicole Ball, my old trainer was my influence. She taught me everything I need to know. I watched her work out at the gym everyday, she not only preached but she followed through with it. Also Scott Mc Dermott who owns the gym gave me a wonderful oppurtunity to start the ten week challenge. Without him I would never had started my weight loss journey.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a size 13 jeans into a size 7. I loved the feeling of being able to go out in a bikini in the summer time and not be embaressed.

Goal (Long):
I really want to get into figure modeling, I'm looking to put on muscle, mainly my upper body right now. My legs are very muscular, but my upper body tends to lag behind. I really want to loose my love handles and get rid of some fat around my mid section to see my abs. I dont care about what weight I am but I would rather focus on inches. Hopefully, by next summer I can start competing!

I recently started a bulk...big mistake. Now I am cutting till I can drop this excess bodyfat. I am more motivated then ever to do this and hope everything goes well. Wish me luck!
