So i have been trying to lose weight for the last two month. Didn't really get anywhere with that goal so I'm starting over. My goals are now to go to the gym 5 days a week and do 45 mins of cardio. Another goal is i WILL cut out all soda drinking and will drink water. Lets start here and then...
