Starting of 12 Week Summer Cut
{yes its coming up summer over here}.
Mmmm not pretty.
On a crusade to drop-heaviest got to this year 72.5kg. I've successfully reached my goal of adding some muscle...now just to drop the fat.

One Week into Summer Cut.
On 0 supplements (none-not even whey) at the moment so trying to get adequate protein from food!
{Did have an entire cheat day however was not necessary shouldn't have done it}
A family member and well respected New Zealander passed away end of last week and the tangi was today.

Am now under 70kgs {by 0.2kg hehe}

Three Weeks into Summer Cut.
To be honest I don't think much progress has been made in the last week. My diet was 'relatively' on point...and that's the problem.
Have stepped my game up, am running instead of walking for my post w.o cardio, and trying to eat a little bit more fat!
Also next week will be my last week of no supplements. Can't weight (oh pun haha) to get the whey in me; will make life+eating so much easier.

Notably my mentor (in my pics) from my first comps, took out here over 35+ figure class of 10 competitors!!

{Almost} Four Weeks into Summer Cut.

Last week on no whey; have acquired some Twinlab fat burners, popping 2x2 per day pre AM cardio & Training/PM cardio.
Am switching to full body training for the next four weeks (only four sessions per week) lets see what happens...

Woohoo! My five stitches in my foot; after a messy last day at uni (college) and i stood on a broken bottle.
Luckily no tendons or arteries were harmed in the making of this lovely {to be} scar but still it bled about 50 litres worth of blood!
{...and im so not exaggerating tehe.}
Thus is the reason i can't train or cardio for a little bit =(

It is my best friends Birthday today-the big 20! He will compete for Mr Junior NZ next year, with me along side him, we'll run this ****.

Last week was awful for training + diet.

Lmao gross...but now i have an injury and will be out of training for the next week maybe two till I heal...

Almost 9 weeks into Summer Cut. Summer cut has been severly derailed {by lots of drinking and cake eating} this is a check in shot. Still well into the 20s on that bodyfat; very soft. Still on 0 supps am buying some at almost cost this week, so should arrive end of next week. Have a new training partner who is STACKED; we're the same height and she's lighter than me, stronger than me and jacked az. Very motivating! Both looking to compete next year in June...watch out for this!
