OUCH. Yea that'd set me back too. Diet is so clean it's hard to get enough fats in. Carb cycle right now. chicken, brocc, too much tilapia, oatmeal, fruit (mango usually) and powder. It's killing me in the weight room so I'm thinking of upping the cal. We'll see. How bout you? How are you doing on your diet?

It was my first time pushing that low so I made some mistakes that I learned from. I'm def finding out that I'm not the only one to feel retarded about the diet. I'm back on board though now. 100% and PUMPED. How have you been doing?
Cool point. Training partners bring a competitive edge to every essential category. Diet, rest, weight, cardio, etc.If he/she can do it, so can I !! How many meals do you eat on a clean day?
You and I suffer from a common problem called cheat-onitis. :D
If I could stick to a clean diet and perform regular cardio, things would be a lot ripped here. Do you have a workout partner? Perhaps, that will help keeping us in check. anyways, hope you had a good weekend !!

Definitely a positive comment (sorry if it didn't come out that way!) - you sounded disappointed because of the Reese's, and I don't think you have much to worry about! Few people have the genetic X-frame to look really good when they are competing, and you seem to have that! Keep up the hard work! :0)

I have a similar problem with cheating suddenly on meals when I've been good and clean for an entire day. In other words, can't get consistent. Poor choices on my part is the main issue. Well, keep on digging girl !!
