How I Started: Intially I got started in weight lifting to get ready for football. Now I am getting back into it because I feel that too many things are passing me by and I am not enjoying life the way it was meant to be enjoyed.
Why I Love It: I love the challenge every time I step in the gym, pushing myself to the extremes whether it's on the mat or in the weight room.
How I Stay Motivated: I look at myself in the mirror and see that so many oppurtunities and pleasures have passed me by because of my current level of fitness. I deserve the best and believe I can obtain it if I was back down to a healthy weight.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To Get Back Into Shape After A 3 Year Lay Off By Losing 80 Pounds. To Help Me Lose The Weight I Am Going To Start Training For A MMA Fight.
Goal (Long): I was once a Division I wrestler in the 285 pound weight class but a torn ACL ended my wrestling career. That was 2004. Since then I have lifted on and off and spent most of my athletic ability teaching my craft to high school students in Virginia. My strength is comparable to what it once was but my bodyweight has gotten to a gross 315 pounds. When I was wrestling competively I weighed no more than 250 pounds. I want to once again get back into shape, train hard, learn BJJ and submission fighting to go along with my wrestling and street fighting knowledge. As I am a teacher by profession so I can concentrate on my training before and after work without too much work related stress.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 80 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

Well I moved to Chesapeake to take a job as a special education teacher, football, wrestling and strength coach two weeks ago but today was the first time I got to workout and I am beat.  I did 30 mins of the elliptical, then went to lifting with my kids and we hit it hard.  I think I was able...

Some products we can get in but I used to work with alot of Olympic Cyclists and a few of them got done buying stuff thats legal in the US but not getting passed by our customs. I do know that Gaspari is available permitted here thou. Thanks mate
