Good. But I'm not cutting... I'm bulking too. I'm now back up near 150lbs. with 10% bf so not bad. I'm trying to get up to 160-170 lbs before I start cutting up again.
If after school is kicking your butt, there's always weekends. Don't worry too much about it. Good thing you're still young so you have plenty of time to grow big and cut. Stay motivated bro.

There are tons of great articles on here. Just read up and try out to see what works with you. But my suggestion is to stick to something long enough to see if it works. I hear a lot of ppl jump from excercise to exercise. And they don't stick to any routine long enough to even find out if it works.
Haha, yeah junk food is hard to stay away from at your age. I remember those days :). You should do a posedown with your dad and post it LoL. Training is going good. I'm maintaining my calories and diet. And I've been gaining about 1 lb. per week now during my bulk. So I'm hoping it's not too much fat, and more muscle. They no longer carry my favorite protein at GNC. So now I have to find a new protein shake :(

Lol, no I've never used any ph/aas. I've been lifting a little over a year and a half. Yeah, BB shrugs and machine or DB shrugs. And of coarse deadlifts work the traps a little too. Thanks man, and comment/pm me if you have any questions.
I went to CIS. And btw, don't stop training. I use to be a little pudge ball in High school. I wouldn't say im anywhere close to being built, but I look much better than what I use to.
