implement the new routine, eat everything I can to bulk up. Get to the university to do a bodpod. finish getting measurements and get pics of back and shoulders. Bring on the FOOD and the MILK!!!
I reached my body fat goal of 12%, Yea!!! My goal is to maintain my physique & body fat. My daily affirmation, "I am very Fit, Thin & Rich! I dream big dreams because dreams really do come true!"
I'll be on a beach in Brazil for a couple of weeks in January, so the goal is to maintain/improve on my current physique through added protein, carb cycling, heavy lifting, and moderate HIIT cardio.
