This is when I decided to get on a serious diet and start cutting. I had been lifting for a few months, but was on a horrible diet. Approx 230 lbs
Weight is around 194. Got down to 189 and have bulked up 5 lbs.

Goal (Overall):
I want to cut until I'm less than 10% bodyfat. At that point I want to do multiple bulk/cut cycles to increase size/strength while maintaining a low bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
My first goal which is set for the rest of 2008 will be to shed as much bodyfat as possible while maintaining LBM. I hope to get down < 10%. Once I finish cutting, I plan on doing multiple bulking and cutting cycles to get more muscle/strength and maintain 10% to 12% bodyfat.
