Gain weight and muscle.

Using ZMA, Protein, Multi- vitamin, Creatine, Complex carb supplement, and weight gainer at the 2 week mark. In 30 days I hope to attain roughly 20lbs. Setting my goal high so that if I dont attain it I'll still get close. Let's see what happens.

I hope to achieve a nearly perfect body! If I can do that I feel like I dont have to mess around with pick up lines and waste my time with trying to impress someone that should look at me to begin with. Society has high demands and I plan to meet and exceed them.

Good luck. A note of caution, however, on the ZMA. Nothing bad if you watch your Zinc intake, but lots of other products now contain Zinc. It's in breakfast cereal to your multi-vitamin. Check what you are really getting for your daily amount including the hidden Zinc. You do not want to go over a safe amount. One, it will kick your other minerals out of balance-like copper. Two, in higher daily amounts it has been shown to increase a cancer risk nearly 300% of normal. I like wise use of ZMA.

i think that you look great!! i dont think that with what you are doing with yourself is going to have the girlies running away!! girls like a guy that has some muscle!! just looking your best and being confident with the way you look is going to be the biggest turn on for any girl!! hope this helps!!

you'll find diff. opinions re: your ? about men working out. i think women should be turned on by a person's dedication,motivation. i've never been opposed to bbers, nor have i been opposed to men w/ little muscle. there is more to a person than looks, tho i'll not argue that it's very important to look as tho you take care of urself :) be happy with how you look, with reaching your goals, everything else falls into place :)

Honestly to me it depends on the guy, some guys look real good with veins everywhere and built like gladiators.. others look nice when they are average size but hard and tight and strong. I think if you carry yourself with confidence in your own skin that is the biggest turn on!
