How I Started:
I gassed really bad in my first sparring session and realized that I am never going to be at the top of my fight game if I am not in peak condition.
Why I Love It:
My body feels great and I can feel myself hitting harder and scoring submissions faster. My endurance is up and my confidence skyrockets.
How I Stay Motivated:
While I am sparring in MMA class, I find my weakness'. That keep me motivated to fix them.
This was taken today. I have been working out now everyday for nearly a week. I am going to change this body around and look and feel better. i am tired of having so much body fat.
First progress picture! I'm really glad I waited this long, really seeing the difference.

I am going to become a top contender in MMA and start filling my shelves with trophies from competitions. I've never been in great shape and I am going to change that. I will become an athlete.

Yes
Why or why not?
It makes me work harder to achieve me goals so I don't look like a bum. It's a lot harder to roll over and give up on your goals if you have to hear about it from your loved ones.
