I broke my leg playing hockey late 2006, so once I could walk again, I started doing light cardio and leg workouts to get my strength back. I became a health nut I guess.
Why I Love It:
It helps release anxiety, keeps me sane, and I really like the science behind it. I love learning about the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated mainly from seeing myself change, week to week.
