Mkh7098 What up.. ive been following your post workout shake plan that placed first on the post workout section on the BB site. Just curious if that shake is meant for actually building muscle or if its meant for cutting.. i know there are a lot of carbs present in the shake but i was just curious about your opinion May 21, 2008 2:14pm
