How I Started:
Started back in 2000 just to get into shape. The bug really bit when I began to see results, and seemed to grow pretty quickly and easily.
Why I Love It:
Relieves Stress, Feel Better Physically, Look Better in Clothes and out!
How I Stay Motivated:
Out of the Gym, my motivation is focusing on maintaining a youthful look. My motivation INSIDE the gym is hardcore music, mostly METAL
