Well, I wanted to hit 10%bf before Halloween my last measure I was at 13.4. I went as King Leonidas (the movie 300). I really needed to hit the abs to get them to pop. I spend months doing over and hour, 5 days a week just on abs and being really strict on my eating habits. I think it paid...
