Monday am = Chest
Monday pm= Legs and calves
Tuesday am = Shoulders and traps
Tuesday pm = Back
Wed am = Triceps and abs
Wed pm = biceps + forearms
then it repeats but flip am +pm and different exercises for each muscle group
Thurs am = Legs + calves
Thurs pm = Chest
Friday am = Back
Friday pm =Shoulders and traps
Sat am = Biceps
Sat pm = triceps and abs

hey bud, Its going great! thanks. Started 2 a days with a program I found in Flex magazine! its a lot of work and is paying off really well!! the only problem is the stress on my tricep tendon. How are things on the left coast?

This is the second week and I am loving it, thanks. Today was a heavy day, shoulders this morning, back tonight! but my strength is really going up and the weight is adding on! I am wiped out at night and going to bed early, but thats probably a good thing. Its a program I found in a Flex magazine at the gym, so I ripped it out :)

thanks bud, yeah I was in a cast for 6 weeks. I've had it off for 2 weeks now, but still the wrist hurts so I haven't been lifting. Maybe next week. It was a mountain biking accident. How are you doing? are you home now?

slowly getting better thanks. Its been 3 weeks in the cast, probably 3 more to go. I go back to the doc in one week and he'll look at it. But at least now I have a waterproof cast! that helps. How are you?

Just watched your movie (from Netflix) you are a great actor, I loved the scene when you kicked the new instructors ass. The ended was really cool too and un-expected! Good job
