I have been working out for years, but just this year decided to get more serious. Trying to add muscle / bulk up. I've got t trainer that I work out with twice a week and he kicks my ass! I love it. Sometimes hitting the gym is the highlight of my day!

In the face of a long road of re-hab he has a great attitude and keeps his eye on the prize. Not to mention he works out like an animal and has the body of a beast!! Awesome!!
What is the program like? Im looking to change mine up soon. Things are great out here. Still warm so more reason to keep working out hard and show off the bod! Hehe

Just can't lose sight of what's to come man, things are tough right now, close to impossible but I know I'll get through it, better days are ahead of a looooong road I am traveling, just can't lose sight of that!
Actually she left me while I was in the hospital for 5 days, things were rocky before hand, but I didn't expect that blow on top of the surgery and complications... So nope, live alone but I'll get through...
I'm impressed that you were mountain biking. If you had to get hurt, you were lucky to do it that way. How embarassing would it be to break your arm falling off a curb.
So would I ,man. So would I. I did just spend July working on a movie starring Rowdy Roddy Piper. SciFi action. A lot of fun. Bigger budget than mine. Fight choreographer and an onscreen role.
