Played sports my whole life, have lifted during the off seasons for many years, but have recently started getting serious about it.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel better about myself, it isn't something i am doing for anyone else, and i feel better. love being sore the day after a good work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pretty well self motivated since losing 60lbs, but a friend of mine is good at telling me that im a bitch when i dont feel like going to the gym... then i go...

i do a bit of construction during the summer so it has definately made me stronger for that, and makes it easier.
