AHAHAHH!!! THAT IS THE FRIGGIN' BEST TIME I DO IT BRAH!!! THE COLD IS GREAT!! I REMEMBER THAT MOVIE I DON'T HAVE IT BUT I REMEMBER THAT. IN MY MIND I THINK IT WAS THE BEST OUTTA ALL OF THEM. BECAUSE OF THE SNOW!! YEAH I DID CARRY A 275LB LOG ON MY BACK THIS MORNING AND WALKED FOR BOUT 100 YARDS 3 TIMES. THRU 1 1/2 FT SNOW MAN.. TALK BOUT MOTIVATION!! 3 Things for Fat loss 1. HIIT Cardio at least 3x a week. Make it as much a part of your routine as lifting. 2.Bodyweight = Grams of protein EVERYDAY. No exception. 3-5+ protein shakes a day is completely normal. You'll be surprised how little you need to eat past this to maintain muscle. 3. FRUIT IN YOUR DIET. I know a lot of people suggest oats, eggs, etc but for me once I stuck with fruit for early morning/midday carbs along with protein shakes my energy levels rose 4.CAFFEINE

losing weight and building muscle are opposite metabolic processes and really hard to do. When I cut i do the low carb thing and definitely add cardio in there. If you wanna go extreme try the cyclic keto diet for a month. Got me to lose 8 lbs and now i'm just trying to maintain to get me through the holidays...
