Aha awsome man, yeah its going sweet as, ganing weight by the day lol!!! just started a new program which is prietty musch perfect for my body and the way it trains.. so yeah it couldant be going better!!

3 Things for Fat loss
1. HIIT Cardio at least 3x a week. Make it as much a part of your routine as lifting.
2.Bodyweight = Grams of protein EVERYDAY. No exception. 3-5+ protein shakes a day is completely normal. You'll be surprised how little you need to eat past this to maintain muscle.
3. FRUIT IN YOUR DIET. I know a lot of people suggest oats, eggs, etc but for me once I stuck with fruit for early morning/midday carbs along with protein shakes my energy levels rose
4.CAFFEINE

losing weight and building muscle are opposite metabolic processes and really hard to do. When I cut i do the low carb thing and definitely add cardio in there. If you wanna go extreme try the cyclic keto diet for a month. Got me to lose 8 lbs and now i'm just trying to maintain to get me through the holidays...
