3 Things for Fat loss
1. HIIT Cardio at least 3x a week. Make it as much a part of your routine as lifting.
2.Bodyweight = Grams of protein EVERYDAY. No exception. 3-5+ protein shakes a day is completely normal. You'll be surprised how little you need to eat past this to maintain muscle.
3. FRUIT IN YOUR DIET. I know a lot of people suggest oats, eggs, etc but for me once I stuck with fruit for early morning/midday carbs along with protein shakes my energy levels rose
4.CAFFEINE

losing weight and building muscle are opposite metabolic processes and really hard to do. When I cut i do the low carb thing and definitely add cardio in there. If you wanna go extreme try the cyclic keto diet for a month. Got me to lose 8 lbs and now i'm just trying to maintain to get me through the holidays...

Awsome bro, you are shredded dude!! its just you have an extra bit of body fat so you cant see it, thats a good thing man, just eat loads and loads and loads and train and train and train and then 4 months before summer grab some fat burning sups and lose it all and you will be a beast bro!!! i mean look at you!!! you already are!!!
