How I Started:
When I graduated high school I weighed 135 pounds and was disgusted with myself. Started training in 2002 and gained up to 185 pounds then quit. Been back a year and have gained 10 more pounds but still a long way from long term goal.
Why I Love It:
Walking in the gym grabbing the cold bar and finding out just how many times I can push, pull, press and lift it in two hours.

Goal (Long):
I want to gain ten pounds by february. Sort of on a plateau at the moment. I have stopped gaining strength and muscle. I hope new workout,dedication and determination will break me through.

Thanks for the comments, brother! Yea, the one-arm incline press really helps symmetry and evens up development. In the pic you say, I did 4sets of 5 heavy incline press and then 2 sets of 1-arm incline dumbbell presses.....it's intense. How's your trianing going?
