Micah, hey! quick question, what type of suplaments are you taking in order for you to maintain your size? I have trouble taking protien powder, it messis with my stomach, but I want to be able to gain muscle size (200 pound) I am at 188. and trying hard to get to that solid 200. Keep up the hard work! :)
