Me too.I went to my dietitian two weeks ago and she told me that i am at 18% body fat.I was well over 25 % 3 months ago

I am doing a 15 mile bike ride for a charity called The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. It is a camp for kids with cancer and other serious illnesses. I am glad to hear that,bulldog. I am down 10 lbs and 15 more to go.I haven't been hitting the gym but working out at home and going on bike rides.

glad to hear that.Keep up the hard work.I am doing good myself down to 195 and counting.I have been doing a lot of bike riding averaging 20 mile a bike ride
